You are on the front lines in helping homeless animals find a forever family or person, a pursuit that can be extremely rewarding. It can also be extremely frustrating and sad. I know.

Bless you for taking time to make an animal’s day, to play with them, to let them know they are loved and not alone.

Bless you for seeing beyond the scars, the mange, the fear to an animal’s true beauty, whether they’re a purebred, a senior in their last years, or a special needs sweetheart.

Bless you for helping the voiceless…the helpless…those most in need.

Bless you for your compassion, your kindness, and your commitment until we reach that blessed day when there are no more homeless pets.
